Job summary

Qualifications

• Familiar with operation principle and fault judgment of large data centre infrastructure (power, cooling, fire control, security, monitoring, network).
• Willing to work day and night shifts for extended periods.
• Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork and learning ability.
• Active and motivated with good service mindset.
• Able to analyze problems and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper operation of hotel power, water, gas, heating and cooling equipment.
• Inspect equipment operation records and shift handover logs accurately.
• Maintain equipment and facilities within your scope to keep them in good condition.
• Monitor energy usage and implement efficiency improvements.
• Support maintenance for banquets and meetings and ensure related equipment functions.
• Regularly test the generator for power supply during outages.
• Supervise fire prevention works and enforce compliance.
• Train technicians and apprentices to develop skills.
• Manage tools and record usage by team members and enforce discipline as needed.
