Job summary

PT Modiva International seeks a dynamic Live Streaming Host to present products across TikTok Live, Shopee Live, and other platforms. You will engage viewers, promote features, and drive sales while maintaining a positive brand presence on camera.

The role requires a cheerful, energetic personality, strong communication, and comfort with KPIs. WFO in Tangerang with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and collaboration with Marketing and Creative teams.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience as a Live Streaming Host on platforms such as TikTok Live and Shopee Live.
• Outgoing, cheerful, and energetic with ability to work well in a team.
• Confident on camera with natural audience interaction.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Comfortable working with performance targets and KPIs.
• Familiarity with OBS Studio is a plus.
• WFO in Taman Paris, Karawaci, Tangerang.

Responsibilities

• Host live streaming sessions across platforms (TikTok Live, Shopee Live, Instagram Live, Tokopedia Live) to introduce, demonstrate, and promote products in an engaging way.
• Represent the brand with a friendly, professional, and engaging presence aligned with the company image.
• Clearly communicate product information, features, usage, pricing, promotions, and comparisons to encourage purchases.
• Interact with viewers by responding to questions and comments to maintain high engagement.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Creative teams to prepare live concepts, scripts, campaigns, and visuals.
• Prepare equipment and sets (products, lighting, cameras) to deliver a professional broadcast.
• Drive sales and traffic through effective presentation and promotional strategies.
• Monitor viewership, engagement, and sales conversion; provide insights for improvement.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive brand image.
• Stay updated on platform trends and best practices to improve content quality.

• Actively engage with viewers by responding to questions, reading comments, and maintaining strong audience interaction throughout each live session.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Creative teams to prepare live streaming concepts, promotional scripts, campaigns, and supporting visual content.
• Prepare and ensure all live streaming equipment and materials, including products, lighting, cameras, and live sets, are properly arranged to deliver a professional and visually appealing broadcast.
• Drive sales performance and traffic during live streaming sessions through effective communication, product presentation, and promotional strategies.
• Monitor and evaluate live streaming performance, including viewership, engagement, and sales conversion, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive image that reflects the company’s brand identity and values.
• Stay up to date with platform trends, algorithms, and emerging live streaming practices to continuously improve content quality, engagement, and overall performance.
