Job summary

PT. SMILE DIGITAL CREATIVE is seeking a dynamic Host Live Dance to perform and entertain audiences across our digital platforms from a base in Wiyung, East Java.

The role requires strong dance ability, charismatic on-screen presence, and the capacity to engage viewers in real-time during live broadcasts. You will choreograph routines, collaborate with the creative team on new content ideas, and promote upcoming events while maintaining a high-energy, professional appearance for extended sessions

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a dancer, performer or host in live or digital entertainment environments.
• Strong dance skills with proficiency in multiple dance styles and genres.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities with natural charisma and stage presence.
• Ability to engage and captivate an online audience in real-time.
• Physical fitness and stamina to perform extended live sessions.
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently whilst meeting strict broadcast schedules.
• Experience with social media platforms and digital content creation is advantageous.
• Familiarity with live streaming software and platforms is preferred.
• Flexibility to work varied hours including evenings and weekends as required for live broadcasts.

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Host Live Dance to join PT. SMILE DIGITAL CREATIVE. This is a full-time position based in Wiyung, East Java, where you will be at the heart of our digital creative operations. As a Host Live Dance, you will be responsible for entertaining and engaging our online audience through live dance performances and interactive hosting. This role is crucial to building and maintaining our digital presence and audience engagement across our platforms.
