Qualifications

• Proven experience in a security supervisory or leadership role, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of security operations and emergency protocols.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Certifications in First Aid, CPR, and security operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the hotel's security team.
• Lead and develop Security Guards/Officers; schedule and supervise.
• Conduct security patrols and address safety risks.
• Coordinate responses to incidents (fires, medical emergencies, threats).
• Investigate incidents and document findings.
• Promote workplace safety and enforce safety protocols.
• Manage access control and guest/staff safety.
• Conduct audits and update security policies to address risks.
