Job summary

Hilton Jakarta Bintaro Jaya is looking for a Safety & Security Manager to oversee the hotel’s safety and security operations, develop policies, conduct risk assessments and lead the safety team to protect guests, staff and property.

The ideal candidate has proven hospitality safety management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, English proficiency, and relevant certifications in safety, first aid, CPR and fire safety. Night, weekend, and holiday coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in safety and security management in hospitality.
• Strong leadership, with ability to train and mentor teams.
• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and emergency planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the safety and security team, manage scheduling, and ensure emergency readiness.
• Oversee daily security operations, conduct risk assessments, and implement preventive measures.
• Develop and execute emergency protocols; lead incident response with external agencies.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and hotel standards via audits and inspections.
• Deliver ongoing safety training and conduct drills to enhance staff preparedness.
• Investigate incidents, compile reports, and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies to maintain a cohesive safety strategy.
