Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Safety & Security Manager in Indonesia to oversee hotel safety operations, develop security policies, and lead the safety team. You will conduct risk assessments, implement preventive measures, and coordinate emergency responses to protect guests, staff, and property.

Ideal candidates will have strong leadership, knowledge of safety regulations, and English proficiency. The role requires flexibility for night, weekend, and holiday shifts within a luxury hospitality

Qualifications

• Proven experience in safety and security management, preferably in hospitality
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and training teams
• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations, emergency planning, and risk mitigation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Relevant certifications in safety management, first aid, CPR, and fire safety
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the safety and security team, manage scheduling, and ensure readiness for emergencies.
• Oversee daily security operations, conduct risk assessments, and implement preventive measures.
• Develop and execute emergency protocols; lead incident response and coordinate with emergency services.
• Ensure adherence to local regulations and hotel standards through regular audits and inspections.
• Deliver ongoing safety training and conduct drills to enhance staff preparedness.
• Investigate incidents, compile reports, and recommend corrective actions.
• Work closely with internal departments and external agencies to maintain a cohesive safety strategy.
