Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management in hospitality

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations and ensure policy implementation
• Develop and maintain security systems including surveillance, access control and emergency plans
• Conduct regular security inspections and risk assessments
• Recruit, train and supervise the security team and ensure adequate coverage
• Lead emergency response to incidents and coordinate with local authorities
• Ensure guest and staff safety with visible security presence and resolve security concerns
• Maintain records of incidents, investigations and trainings and prepare reports
