Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 education in marketing, PR, or related field.
• Experience in Marketing Communication or Digital Marketing is a plus.
• Understanding of social media management and branding.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Creative, initiative-driven, able to generate promotional ideas.
• Able to work independently or in teams with target deadlines.
• Photography/videography and Canva editing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute Marketing Communication activities for the hotel.
• Manage content for hotel social media like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok.
• Create promotional materials and campaigns.
• Support digital marketing and online promotion to increase awareness and revenue.
• Coordinate with Sales & Marketing, Front Office, F&B, and Operational teams for materials.
• Assist in press releases, media information, and external communications.
• Monitor social media trends to generate promotional ideas.
