Job summary

The Mesa Bali is seeking a Financial Controller for a full-time, on-site role in Badung. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting, while preparing monthly and annual statements and ensuring policy compliance.

You will supervise finance staff, implement internal controls, and provide analytical insights to support strategic decisions in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Experience managing end-to-end financial operations.
• Ability to prepare, review, and interpret financial statements for management and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills for budgets, forecasts, and variances.

Responsibilities
