House of Kairos in Bali is seeking an Accounting Officer to join our Finance team, handling daily financial records, reconciliations, and documentation.

You’ll collaborate with Procurement and Operations to ensure financial accuracy, support audits, and improve accounting processes. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of experience in hospitality or lifestyle sectors and proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Odoo ERP.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree (D3/S1) in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Hospitality, F&B, or lifestyle industry experience preferred.
• Experience with Odoo ERP is a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and documentation.

Aufgaben

• Record daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, expenses, and petty cash.
• Maintain bookkeeping records in the accounting system.
• Prepare and monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist with daily cash flow monitoring.
• Support petty cash administration and documentation.
• Maintain organized financial records, invoices, receipts, and supporting documents.
• Assist with inventory-related financial tracking and cost control.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Operations for accurate financial documentation.
• Support audit preparation, tax documentation, and internal compliance requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and reporting efficiency.
