Job summary

The incumbent will develop work plans, ensure adherence to procedures, and drive continuous improvement while guiding junior team members and stakeholders across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, CIS or related field.
• Minimum ten (10) years experience in IT consulting, business analysis, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise and technical advice, assist with technical direction for varying solutions, and act as a technical expert for project teams.
• Complete work assignments and support business-specific projects by applying expertise and developing work plans to meet priorities and deadlines.
• Coordinate and assign resources to accomplish priorities and deadlines; collaborate cross-functionally to make effective business decisions.
