Job summary

DBS Bank, Semarang Branch, seeks an experienced Relationship Manager to grow and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients. You will be the primary contact, delivering holistic wealth advisory across investments, insurance, and treasury, tailored to each client’s goals.

You will strive to achieve sales, revenue, and client acquisition targets while conducting regular portfolio reviews, assessing performance, and rebalance assets in line with risk tolerance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Proven track record of success as a Relationship Manager within wealth management, priority banking, or premier banking.
• Deep understanding of financial markets, investment instruments, insurance products, and wealth management principles.
• Possess relevant professional certifications required for selling financial and wealth products.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with high-net-worth clients.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a strong customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth individual clients in the Semarang region, serving as their primary point of contact.
• Provide holistic wealth management advisory services, offering tailored solutions across investment, insurance, and treasury products to meet clients financial goals.
• Achieve individual sales, revenue, and customer acquisition targets in line with the bank's business objectives.
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews with clients to assess performance, rebalance assets, and align with their risk tolerance and market outlook.
• Collaborate closely with product specialists, investment strategists, and support teams to deliver seamless and comprehensive financial solutions.
• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and internal bank policies in all client transactions and advisory activities.
