Job summary

JAPFA in Indonesia is seeking a hands-on Hatchery Technician to perform advanced incubation, hatching, and chick processing tasks. You will monitor conditions, report abnormalities, and support egg receiving, setting, candling, transfer, and hatching operations.

You will ensure compliance with SOPs, biosecurity, hygiene, and safety standards while recording production data and hatch results. You will guide operators in routine activities and support smooth daily hatchery operations.
