The position requires 2–3 years of heavy equipment experience, valid licenses for relevant machinery, and the ability to work in a team with attention to safety and quality during shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of experience operating heavy equipment in commercial/industrial settings.
• Valid operator licenses/certifications for relevant heavy equipment as required by local regulations.

Responsabilités

• Operate and maintain heavy equipment including forklifts, excavators, loaders, and related machinery.
• Conduct pre-operation checks and routine maintenance.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished products safely.
• Transport materials within the facility following safety protocols.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
