• Sell company products and build and maintain good relationships with customers
• Provide product information, consultation, and best service to meet customer needs
• Develop sales strategy and create daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
• Conduct sales transactions, manage cash, bank deposits, and petty cash administration
• Manage and maintain store inventory and company assets
• Take responsibility for strategic decisions to be implemented in the store
• Take responsibility for staff development in the store
