Job summary

LYD Bali Group is seeking a Head of Visual Content to lead the end-to-end motion design and video creation pipeline from Bali. The role blends hands-on animation with creative direction, team management, and brand strategy for iconic hospitality brands.

You will shape visual storytelling across 2D/3D animation, ensure brand consistency, and mentor a design team to deliver compelling content for La Favela, La Brisa, La Plancha, and Attika.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional motion design experience, with at least 2+ years in a senior or leadership role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) and 3D tools (Cinema 4D, Blender, or Maya).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, kinetic typography, compositing, and audio-driven animation dynamics.
• A showreel showcasing diverse skills in video editing, 2D/3D motion graphics, brand storytelling, and visual flair.

This role blends hands-on animation expertise with creative direction, team management, and brand strategy.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of professional motion design experience, with at least 2+ years in a senior or leadership role (agency, lifestyle, or hospitality background preferred).
• Software Mastery: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) and 3D modeling/animation tools (Cinema 4D, Blender, or Maya).
• Skills: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, kinetic typography, compositing, and audio-driven animation dynamics.
• Portfolio: A showreel showcasing diverse skills in video editing, 2D/3D motion graphics, brand storytelling, and visual flair.
