OurTeam is seeking a Senior Motion Designer & Video Editor to join our Creative/Marketing team. The role focuses on transforming briefs into compelling motion graphics and video content using Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.

You will collaborate with directors and marketers to ensure brand consistency, optimize assets for multiple channels, and maintain high production quality with efficient workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in motion graphics design and video editing.
• Expert command of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Motion Designer & Video Editor with extensive expertise in Adobe After Effects to join our creative team. In this role, you will bring technical precision and strong creative thinking to transform concepts, storyboards, and design assets into high-impact, visually compelling motion graphics and video content.

Key Responsibilities

• Motion Graphics & Animation: Create fluid 2D/3D motion graphics, typography animations, transitions, and visual effects using Adobe After Effects.
• Video Editing & Storytelling: Edit high-quality promotional, product, explainer, and social media videos using Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects, ensuring seamless pacing, sound sync, and color grading.
• Creative Conception: Collaborate with creative directors, designers, and marketers to translate briefs and storyboards into engaging visual concepts.
• Asset Optimization: Format, crop, and optimize final video exports for multiple digital channels (16:9, 9:16, 1:1) while maintaining high compression quality.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain and elevate visual brand identity across all video assets.
• Workflow Efficiency: Utilize advanced After Effects techniques (expressions, keyframe automation, and essential plugins) to streamline turnaround times.
