TechConnect GmbH is seeking a senior supply chain executive to lead the Group's integrated supply chain functions, spanning planning, procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution. The role focuses on ensuring timely, quality, and cost-efficient material and product availability across business entities, reporting directly to the Group CEO.

The ideal candidate will bring 15+ years of supply chain experience in chemical or process manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a managerial role

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and extensive supply chain experience.
• Experience in chemical, petrochemical, or process manufacturing industries preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in a managerial role overseeing multiple supply chain functions.

Description

Lead the Group's integrated supply chain functions, covering planning, procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution across business entities to ensure timely, quality, and cost-efficient material and product availability. Report directly to the Group CEO.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of supply chain experience in the chemical, petrochemical, or process manufacturing industry, including at least 5 years in a managerial role overseeing multiple supply chain functions.
• Strong expertise in integrated supply chain management, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), procurement, inventory management, logistics, distribution, and contract management.
• Ability to develop supply chain strategies and policies across business entities, optimize costs and inventory, and manage supplier performance and supply continuity risks.
• Ability to lead supply chain transformation, process improvement, and ERP integration initiatives.
• Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, analytical skills, and decision-making capabilities.
• Strong leadership, team development, change management, and stakeholder management skills.
