Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, project management, or operations management.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate insights.
• Demonstrated project management experience with defining scope, timelines and resources.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication for stakeholders at all levels.
• Collaborative mindset with ability to work across teams and build relationships.
• Proactive problem-solver with fintech interest could be advantageous.
