Job summary

Emtek (PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk) is seeking an on-site Store Operations Manager in Indonesia to lead daily operations, monitor sales performance, and uphold service standards across branches.

The role focuses on merchandise planning, inventory control, vendor coordination, and data-driven reporting to improve revenue and efficiency for the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail, Operations Management, or related fields.
• 1-3 years of experience in retail/store operations or related roles.
• Experience in inventory management, team supervision, and vendor coordination.
• Proficient in Accurate inventory/accounting systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be willing to work on-site in Yogyakarta.

Responsibilities

• Store Operations: Lead daily operations, sales performance, service standards, SOP implementation, and team productivity.
• Merchandise & Inventory: Oversee merchandise planning, production, procurement, stock management, and distribution.
• Branch Management: Supervise branch stores and Head Store to ensure consistent operational and sales performance.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships and coordination with vendors, suppliers, production partners, and other stakeholders.
• Reporting & Business Improvement: Analyze sales, inventory, and operational data and provide recommendations to improve revenue and efficiency.
