Job summary

COSCO seeks a Senior Security Manager to enhance SRM capabilities, improve risk analysis, and coordinate security operations protecting employees, assets, and operations. You will link security with government forces and drive emergency planning across the division.

The role emphasizes incident reporting, information flow, and long‑term security planning to support production and continuity in Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in security/risk management.
• Twenty years of security/risk management experience as a baseline in leadership roles.
• Bi-lingual Bahasa Indonesia-English is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Direct the execution of Operations Center functions to maximize risk mitigation and ensure policy alignment.
• Oversee high threat areas and coordinate movements and security activities.
• Lead staffing, training, and deployment of the SRM Quick Reaction Force across Highlands and Lowlands.
• Develop and manage Joint Operations Center coordination activities and SOPs.
• Act as liaison with government security forces and ensure integrated security planning.
