- Lead and manage the Science Department staff with evaluation and support.
- Oversee development and review of the science curriculum from primary to secondary.
- Ensure high-quality science education across Physics, Chemistry, Biology.
- Promote innovative teaching methods and technology use in science education.
- Manage the department budget and resources effectively.
- Foster a collaborative professional environment for science teachers.
