Sari Roti Group seeks an experienced Head of Science Department to lead the Science Department across primary to secondary levels in Banjarmasin. You will set strategic direction for science education, mentor teachers, and ensure delivery of high-quality curricula and assessments.

The role requires a Master's in a science field, 7+ years teaching with 3+ in leadership, and a strong ability to inspire educators while driving curriculum excellence and innovative practices within the school.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a Science discipline or Science Education.
• Minimum of 7 years of teaching science, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven experience in curriculum development and instructional leadership.
• Strong understanding of best practices in science education and assessment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate a team of educators in Banjarmasin.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Science Department staff, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluation.
• Oversee the development, implementation, and review of the science curriculum from primary to secondary levels.
• Ensure the effective delivery of high-quality science education across all disciplines (e.g., Physics, Chemistry, Biology).
