Job summary

Luminare Consulting in Jakarta is seeking a Head of Reporting and Compliance (Tech Education) to lead the group’s financial reporting and ensure timely delivery of management information. You will oversee treasury activities, manage cashflow for growth, and act as the primary contact for local tax matters and audits.

You will also drive annual statutory audits, oversee franchise partner audits, and implement group internal policies while growing the finance team to support expanding education

Responsibilities

• Oversees reporting function, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of management reports
• Oversees treasury activities, managing cash flow to support growth and optimize return on spare cash
• Responsible for managing tax compliance and tax optimization; key contact for local tax authority for audits
• Ensure satisfactory completion of annual statutory audits and support Group audits
• Oversees audits for franchise partners, supervising action plans to rectify areas of noncompliance
• Spearhead the implementation of group internal policy for Holding Company, lead regular audits to ensure compliance
• Actively improve current finance processes and grow the current finance team to support business growth
