Qualifications

• 5–7 years in IT solutions or cybersecurity sales.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in hitting B2B/enterprise targets.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity solutions (firewalls, endpoint, SOC, cloud).
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Experience scaling a sales team in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall sales strategy for IT security products and services.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and build pipelines via direct selling, partnerships, and channels.
