The Customer Solution Center (CSC) team enables Mastercard to develop stronger solutions and value propositions for customers across East Southeast Asia. Serving as the central hub for Mastercard's capabilities, CSC drives growth, differentiation, and revenue by creating and delivering compelling, data-driven, and scalable solutions that address evolving customer and consumer needs. Within CSC, the Consumer Solutions team is responsible for accelerating consumer payments growth through innovative consumer propositions, benefits platforms, and engagement capabilities. The team works closely with issuers, digital banks, fintechs, to drive consumer acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and portfolio profitability while strengthening Mastercard's competitive position across East Southeast Asia.
