PT. HOMEX GLOBAL INTEGRATOR is seeking a Manager Purchasing & SCM to lead procurement and supply chain management for building materials. You will build local supplier networks, negotiate contracts, maintain stock, and lead the Purchasing team.

Ideal candidates hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Management/SC/Logistics/Industrial Engineering and have at least 7 years in purchasing or supply chain, including 2+ years in a managerial role. Fluency in Mandarin (HSK 5) is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field (Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering).
• Minimum 7 years in purchasing or supply chain, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong negotiation, supplier development, and cost control capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; ERP experience is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Lead and oversee all purchasing and procurement activities
• Negotiate price, quality, payment terms, and delivery with suppliers
• Develop purchasing strategy, monitor budget, and optimise costs
• Develop supply & demand planning aligned with sales targets
• Develop and expand local building materials supplier networks
• Control inventory and ensure timely delivery
• Oversee PO process and completeness of purchase documentation
• Identify supply risks and prepare alternative suppliers
• Analyse price trends and material availability in the market
