Job summary

Kanara is seeking a Head of Product Research & Innovation to lead R&D, Product Innovation, and Packaging Development for skincare, cosmetics, personal care, and nutrition product lines. This hands-on leadership role combines technical formulation expertise with strategic oversight to drive commercial product success.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field.
15+ years in R&D, formulation, product development or innovation in skincare/cosmetics.
Strong expertise in cosmetic formulation and product development.

Responsibilities

Translate briefs into technically feasible product concepts.
Lead R&D, Product Innovation, and Packaging Development with prioritization.
Oversee formulation testing, scale-up, and commercialization processes.
Collaborate with Marketing, Regulatory, and Quality teams.
