Job summary

PT CRIF Lembaga Informasi Keuangan (CLIK) in Jakarta seeks a Head of Product to lead the Product Division, shape strategy, drive innovation, and build strategic ecosystem partnerships across the credit bureau landscape.

You will own end-to-end product lifecycles for bureau products, oversee governance, and support commercial teams with positioning, RFP/RFI responses, and client demos while ensuring compliance with OJK and UU PDP requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of Product Management experience in Financial Services.
• At least 4 years leading Product or Product Strategy teams.
• Proven track record launching enterprise financial products and conducting cost-benefit analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategy and roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle of Credit Bureau products (credit reports, credit scores, portfolio monitoring, APIs, DaaS).
• Lead ecosystem partnerships with fintechs, banks, telcos, and data providers.
• Drive product innovation through market research, AI/ML, and alternative data.
• Translate market insights into new products and enhancements.
• Oversee delivery governance from requirements to launch and performance.
• Support commercial teams with positioning, RFP/RFI responses, and demos.
• Ensure compliance with OJK/LPIP, UU PDP, and internal governance; engage with OJK.
• Manage product P&L: budgets, profitability, ROI, prioritization.
• Lead Product Management and Ecosystem Partnership teams.
• Collaborate with data science on scoring models from product perspective.

CLIK is a leading credit bureau providing credit information, analytics, and decision-support services to financial institutions across Indonesia, regulated by OJK. We're looking for a Head of Product to lead our Product Division shaping strategy, driving innovation, and building strategic ecosystem partnerships across the credit bureau landscape.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute product strategy and roadmaps aligned with the company's business goals
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of Credit Bureau products (credit reports, credit scores, portfolio monitoring, fraud prevention, APIs, DaaS, and more)
• Lead ecosystem strategy by building partnerships with fintechs, banks, telcos, e-commerce, and other data providers
• Drive product innovation through market research, emerging tech (AI/ML), and alternative data
• Translate market and customer insights into new products and enhancements
• Oversee product delivery governance, from requirements approval through launch and post-launch performance
• Support commercial teams with positioning, RFP/RFI responses, and client-facing product demos
• Ensure all products comply with OJK/LPIP regulations, UU PDP (Personal Data Protection Law), also internal governance standards, and represent the company in engagements with OJK
• Manage product P&L such as budgets, profitability, ROI, and investment prioritization
• Lead and develop the Product Management and Ecosystem Partnership teams
• Partner with data science teams on scoring model strategy, evaluating model performance, validation practices, and monitoring frameworks from a product standpoint
• Define and track product success metrics, including revenue targets, API adoption, client retention, and market position relative to other licensed bureaus

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Financial Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Data Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's/MBA preferred)
• Minimum 8 years of experience of Product Management in Financial Services preferred from Credit Bureau, Fintech, or Banking
• At least 4 years leading Product or Product Strategy teams
• Proven track record launching enterprise financial products and understand product cost benefit analysis methodology
• Experience managing cross-functional product delivery and strategic data partnerships
• Strong understanding of OJK regulations, LPIP operations, and data protection law (UU No. 27/2022) preferred
• Solid grasp of API ecosystems, Open Banking/Open Finance, and data/analytics platforms
• Excellent stakeholder management, commercial acumen, and strategic thinking
• Experience working within OJK-regulated financial institutions is a strong plus
• Working knowledge of credit scoring methodology, model validation, and model monitoring, enough to evaluate technical tradeoffs with a data science team
