As the business continues to grow, our client is seeking an experienced professional with strong expertise in partner management, operations excellence, and network expansion for the role of Head of Partner Network Operations. The position will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

  • Define and lead the overall partner network strategy to drive growth, efficiency, and service quality.
  • Oversee the end-to-end partner lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, retention, and exit.
  • Develop policies and programs that strengthen partner engagement, performance, and long-term retention.
  • Monitor and evaluate performance metrics, compliance, and partner satisfaction to ensure operational excellence.
  • Represent the partner perspective in leadership discussions and incorporate field insights into strategic planning.
  • Establish data-driven processes for decision-making and continuous improvement.

Requirements
