Job summary

Techconnect.id is seeking an IT Strategy and GRC Division Head to develop and implement an IT strategy aligned with banking objectives. You will lead the IT Strategy & GRC team, ensuring governance, risk management, and compliance across IT operations in Indonesia.

The role requires a strong leadership presence, strategic thinking, and extensive experience in banking IT regulations, with a focus on sharia-compliant governance and effective IT budgeting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of banking experience, with sharia banking preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong leadership, team management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strategic and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving ability.
• Expertise in IT strategy, IT governance, IT risk management, and IT compliance.
• Knowledge of Indonesian banking IT regulations (POJK, BI, ISO, GRC).
• Experience leading an IT Strategy & GRC team; relevant certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an IT strategy aligned with the bank’s objectives.
• Provide strategic support to the IT Group Head in IT development and management.
• Ensure IT governance and operations comply with policies, prudential principles, and GCG.
• Manage IT utilization and investment to support business growth.
• Identify and mitigate IT risk with proactive plans.
• Ensure IT compliance with POJK, BI, ISO 27001, and other standards.
• Monitor, evaluate, and improve IT performance and compliance continually.
