Job summary

BukuWarung seeks a senior IT owner to lead IT operations, security and compliance across Indonesia, the Philippines and India. You will define policies, drive an operational model and scale services as the company grows, balancing speed with risk management.

You will manage a small team and external vendors, aligning IT with Finance, Legal and Risk while building a robust self-service capability for users and enforcing strong security practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT operations or IT service management.
• 5+ years in managerial roles leading IT functions.
• Experience scaling IT across multiple sites/countries.
• Experience with audits and regulatory requirements (ISO27001/SOC2).
• Hands-on in Google Workspace, device management, and scripting.

Responsibilities

• Own IT, security and compliance across three countries.
• Define policies, roadmaps and operating models.
• Lead a team and manage vendors and budgets with self-service.
• Partner with Engineering, Finance, Legal and Risk teams.
• Establish ITIL-based service management and audit readiness.
