Competenze

• Bachelor or Master degree in Pharmacy.
• Minimum 2 years work experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Strong leadership and management skills to oversee department operations.
• In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements and standards for pharmacy practice.
• Excellent communication with staff, patients, and healthcare professionals.

Mansioni

• Carry out pharmaceutical management/supply according to hospital needs and policy.
• Manage pharmaceutical supplies ensuring safety and quality.
• Plan and prepare SOPs and department work program reports.
• Implement and monitor hospital-wide indicator programs for improvement.
• Guide and develop staff and evaluate competency.
• Secretary duties for Pharmacy and Therapy Committee, ensure agendas run well.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to improve service quality.
• Participate in quality improvement by documenting incidents.
• Monitor overall pharmaceutical service activities and staff performance against standards.
