Job summary

MatchaTalent is partnering with a leading multinational FMCG group in Indonesia to appoint a Business Unit Head of Finance. This senior role heads end-to-end finance, accounting, tax, treasury, budgeting, and internal controls for a key business unit, reporting to the General Manager and aligning with Corporate HQ Finance policies.

Leading a 7–8 member finance team across GL, AP, AR, reporting, and compliance, you will drive business insights, support sales with credit control, and ensure timely

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting.
• 3+ years in a department head/finance manager role.
• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing or other operationally intensive industries is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee GL, AP, AR, financial reporting, and month-end close.
• Ensure timely preparation of monthly BU P&L and financial statements.
• Manage tax compliance including VAT, withholding tax, and corporate income tax.
• Oversee treasury activities and working capital optimization.
• Coordinate budget development and variance analysis with Corporate FP&A.
• Lead internal controls, audits, and reporting to Corporate HQ.
