  • Manage treasury activities, including cash flow forecasting, bank reconciliations, petty cash, and local cash management.
  • Monitor and optimize working capital, including cash flow, inventory, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
  • Partner with Sales teams to oversee customer credit limits, billing accuracy, accounts receivable collection, and sales finance reconciliations.
  • Review distributor rebates, incentives, discounts, and other sales‑related financial transactions.
  • Develop and monitor Business Unit budgets in coordination with Corporate FP&A.
  • Conduct budget‑versus‑actual analysis and identify significant cost and operational variances.
  • Monitor inventory valuation, cost accounting, waste, spoilage, and other key financial indicators relevant to FMCG operations.

  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to the Business Unit General Manager to support operational and commercial decision‑making.
  • Translate operational and commercial performance into clear financial analysis and business recommendations.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 7–8 finance professionals, including workload allocation, performance management, and capability development.
  • Establish a strong culture of accountability, accuracy, compliance, and financial discipline within the Business Unit.
  • Ensure timely submission of financial reports, management reports, and other required financial information to Corporate HQ.
Candidate Requirements
