MatchaTalent is seeking a Business Unit Head of Finance in Jakarta to lead end-to-end financial operations for a key Business Unit within a fast-paced FMCG environment. The role partners with the BU General Manager and Corporate HQ Finance, ensuring robust controls, regulatory compliance, and strategic financial guidance.

Formación

• Minimum 8 years in Finance & Accounting, with 3+ years in leadership roles.
• Experience in FMCG or manufacturing environments is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of PSAK and Indonesian tax regulations.
• Experience leading BU-level finance operations and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee full finance operations of the Business Unit including GL, AP, AR, reporting and month-end close.
• Lead budgeting, variance analysis and BU P&L reporting.
• Ensure tax compliance including VAT, corporate income tax, and other statutory obligations.
• Oversee treasury, cash flow forecasting, and working capital management.
• Partner with Sales and Ops to manage credit, billing accuracy, and receivables.
• Develop and coach a 7-8 person finance team and ensure strong internal controls.
