Eastspring Investments is seeking a Head of Equity Research to lead a team of analysts and portfolio managers in Jakarta. You will drive coverage, valuations, and investment views across regional initiatives, while embedding AI-enabled research and robust governance.

Head of Equity Research is responsible for managing, supervising, and monitoring the equity research activities and output of the team of Equity Fund Managers and Equity Analysts. He/she works with the team to initiate and update coverage of stocks in the equity universe, and form investment views, priorities and preferences of stocks to be the basis for construction of equity portfolios. He/she assists the Head of Investments &/or Deputy Head of Equity to apply research, valuation and documentation consistent with the team’s equity investment philosophy and procedures. He/she is also responsible for leading the Analyst Model Portfolio and its application to specified equity portfolios.
