Qualifications

• Lead the equity research function with governance and robust research processes.
• Drive development of coverage of stocks and investment views for portfolio construction.
• Oversee regionalisation and collaboration across local and regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage, supervise, and monitor equity research output of the team.
• Form investment views and priorities for stock coverage used in portfolios.
• Lead Analyst Model Portfolio and apply it to equity portfolios.
• Ensure compliance with research governance and record-keeping requirements.
• Drive AI-enabled research capabilities to enhance quality and productivity.
• Mentor and scale a high-performing research team.
