Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience and ability in managing large team in data engineering, analytics, or data transformation initiatives, with the ability to develop and implement enterprise-wide data solutions.
• Strong analytical and diagnostic capabilities to identify business needs, uncover root causes, and recommend process or system improvements.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex projects and data-driven initiatives, including process optimization, innovation, and regulatory compliance activities.
• Strong knowledge of data management, data governance, and analytics tools and methodologies, with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with experience collaborating across functions and influencing internal and external partners to drive strategic outcomes.
