Funding Societies Pte Ltd. is seeking a seasoned leader for Data Analytics and Data Science to drive strategy, development, and deployment of data-driven solutions across the organization. You will oversee end-to-end processes from data collection to business integration.

You will lead a high-performing team, partner with Data Eng, Product, Marketing, Risk, and Finance to translate insights into impactful business actions, and uplift tooling, governance, and data maturity across markets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, or related fields, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in Financial Services, Fintech, and/or Tech companies, with SME credit risk exposure preferred.
• Proficient in SQL, Python or R, and data visualisation tools (Tableau, Qlik).
• Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business strategies and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills and structured problem-solving abilities.
