Job summary

Sun Life Indonesia is seeking an Accounting Head to lead end-to-end accounting, financial closing, and reporting. The role requires strong PSAK and IFRS knowledge, including IFRS 17 / PSAK 117, with governance over intercompany accounting, consolidation, and capital management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
Professional accounting qualification such as CPA, CA, ACCA, or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in accounting, financial reporting, external audit, or a related finance function.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end accounting, financial closing, and reporting functions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance with PSAK and IFRS.
Oversee regulatory reporting, internal controls, intercompany accounting, consolidation, and capital management.
Manage external and internal audits, including resolving complex accounting matters and audit observations.
Drive finance transformation, system implementations and regulatory changes across the finance function.
Provide clear financial analysis and governance to support senior management decisions.
