Job summary

Wheels Coffee Roasters is hiring a Kitchen Leader to oversee the food preparation process, ensure dish quality, and manage a team of chefs of all levels. You will create menu items, recipes, and maintain inventory to meet standards of variety and quality.

The role requires D3 in Culinary Arts or related field, 1-3 years of experience, and base residence in Jabodetabek. You will be responsible for health, safety, and sanitary practices in the kitchen.

Qualifications

• D3 qualification required in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, Culinary Management, or related field.
• Male/Female
• Age 20-35
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience
• Based in Jabodetabek

Responsibilities

• Controlling and directing the food preparation process
• Approving and polishing dishes before they reach the customer
• Managing and working closely with other Chefs of all levels
• Creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes ensuring variety and quality
• Determining food inventory needs, stocking and ordering
• Ultimately responsible for ensuring the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines
• Being responsible for health and safety
• Being responsible for food hygiene practices

Education

Diploma (D3) in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, Culinary Management, or related field
