Job summary

ANV Hospitality Group (Denpasar) is seeking a Bar Manager to lead, train, and supervise the bar team, ensuring beverage quality, consistency, and service standards.

You will manage inventory, monitor costs, minimize waste, maintain hygiene, handle guest feedback, develop beverage menus, and coordinate with restaurant managers to ensure smooth operations; probation and BPJS follow may apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Bar Manager or similar role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent knowledge of coffee and bar operations.
• Bali hospitality experience is an advantage.
