Job summary

JAPFA is seeking a hatchery technician to perform advanced hatchery tasks including incubation, hatching, and chick processing. You will monitor incubation conditions and report abnormalities in temperature, humidity, or equipment.

You will support egg receiving, setting, candling, transfer, and hatching processes, ensure compliance with SOPs, biosecurity, hygiene, and safety standards, and record production data, hatch results, and operational logs.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced hatchery tasks including incubation, hatching, and chick processing activities
• Monitor incubation conditions and report abnormalities in temperature, humidity, or equipment
• Support egg receiving, setting, candling, transfer, and hatching processes
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, biosecurity, hygiene, and safety standards
• Record and verify production data, hatch results, and operational logs
• Guide operators in routine activities and support smooth daily operations
