Job summary

JAPFA is seeking a hands-on Hatchery Operator to support daily operations at our Indonesian facilities. You will carry out routine tasks such as egg handling, incubation, chick processing, and cleaning while upholding strict hygiene, biosecurity, and safety standards.

You will observe abnormalities in processes and equipment, record daily operational data, and collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and efficient hatchery operations in line with SOPs and work instructions.

• Maintain hygiene, biosecurity, and safety standards at all times.

• Support team activities to ensure smooth hatchery operations.
