Job summary

Lightwheel is seeking a hardware maintenance technician in Jakarta who will handle daily troubleshooting, firmware upgrades, and asset management. You will receive fault orders, locate issues, and document solutions, while writing local SOPs as needed.

The role requires Linux, shell, Python, and Docker familiarity, strong attention to detail, and fluent English communication to manage end-to-end processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in hardware equipment maintenance and independent troubleshooting.
• Familiar with equipment debugging and basic network configuration; able to use common maintenance tools.
• Meticulous, responsible, and service-oriented with strong execution and problem-solving.
• Familiar with Linux development environment; proficient in shell and Python.
• Familiar with Docker and system services; knowledge of embedded software and hardware preferred.
• Fluent in English communication and able to manage the entire process independently.
