Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide menu information.
• Take and input orders into POS system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly with correct presentation.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service.
• Ensure tables are clean and properly set.
• Handle guest feedback politely and efficiently.
• Upsell food, beverages, and promotions.
• Maintain professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Follow SOPs and safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness of service areas.
