Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as a Server or Waiter/Waitress in a fast-paced restaurant or cafe environment.
• Excellent command of English to interact with international guests.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong guest-satisfaction focus.
• Ability to stand for long periods and carry heavy trays or plates.
• Reliable with flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic billing math.
• Education: high school diploma; hospitality training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly, help them to their tables, and provide menus.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system and relay dietary needs to the kitchen.
• Maintain menu knowledge, including daily specials, ingredients, and pairings.
• Deliver dishes promptly, clear tables, and reset according to brand standards.
• Ensure quality of served food and beverages before guest reach.
• Process guest bills accurately and handle payments smoothly.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
