Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet arriving customers warmly and direct them to the cashier for ordering.
• Deliver orders according to the table number or order number.
• Be aware of product availability and upsell on any given day.
• Coordinate effectively with the bar, kitchen, and cashier teams.
• Be willing to assist customers whenever needed.
• Greet customers and solicit feedback and suggestions while they are at the outlet.
• Listen attentively, apologize for complaints, and inform the relevant department if special handling is required.
• Follow all SOPs established by the Company.
