Qualifications

• Experience coordinating inventory, purchasing, vendor administration, front-desk operations or similar operational workflows.
• Strong attention to detail when maintaining stock records, orders, receipts, invoices and reconciliations.
• Ability to follow approval processes and reporting cycles.
• Clear communication and reporting of discrepancies and blockers promptly.
• Collaborative approach with cross-department teams and OMI coordination.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory software daily and track stock accuracy.
• Coordinate authorised purchasing and deliveries across departments.
• Support front-desk check-in/check-out and guest services handoffs.
• Record and reconcile vendor invoices and payments.
• Prepare reports on inventory, vendor performance and guest logistics.
• Escalate blockers and report discrepancies promptly.
• Coordinate vendor visits and inspections as required.
